Natural Charcoal
Coconut shell charcoal is the first choice for a clean session: it burns long and evenly, adds almost no flavour of its own and leaves far less ash than quick-light coals. We stock the common 26 and 27 mm cube sizes from Black Coco's, Adalya, Amy Deluxe, Social Smoke and Shisko – as a 1 kg supply or a 4 kg bulk pack for heavy users.
Natural charcoal is lit on a coal burner or gas hob until the cube glows red all the way through. Allow around ten minutes for this. 18+ only.
