Where we deliver

We deliver exclusively to Switzerland and Liechtenstein — directly from our Swiss warehouse.

Shipping costs

• Flat shipping rate — CHF 7.00
• Orders above CHF 145 — Free

Delivery time

Delivery is made by Swiss Post and typically takes 3–5 working days. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been dispatched. (Faster delivery options are coming soon.)

Age check on delivery (18+)

Because we sell age-restricted products, delivery may require an ID check and adult signature (18+). Please make sure an adult is available to receive the parcel.

Payment methods

• Prepayment by bank transfer (order is dispatched after receipt of payment)

All payments are processed securely by PostFinance Switzerland with TLS encryption. We never store your payment details.
