TabakNova.ch is the online shop of New Neptune GmbH, based in Schwerzenbach, Zurich. We bring together everything for adult smoking and vaping enthusiasts: cigarettes, e-cigarettes and vape accessories, shisha and tobacco, CBD products, papers, lighters, and everyday accessories — all in one place.

Why we started

TabakNova was born out of our own frustration. As customers ourselves, we spent hours searching for premium tobacco and vape products online — and what we found was discouraging. Trustworthy shops were hard to come by. Product information was vague or misleading. Prices often had little to do with what actually arrived. And too many websites made it far too easy to get cheated: no real company behind them, no support when something went wrong, no guarantee the products were even genuine.

We decided to close that gap ourselves — and to do it properly.

TabakNova is our answer: a Swiss shop where you always know exactly what you’re buying, who you’re buying from, and what it costs.
