Return Policy

No statutory right of withdrawal
Under Swiss law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal (right of rescission) for online purchases. Orders are binding as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
Our voluntary return policy
We nevertheless accept returns under the following conditions:
- Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Please contact us at info@tabaknova.ch before returning any goods, stating your order number.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Refunds are made using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Excluded from return
For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or unsealed products of any kind
- Tobacco products, e-liquids, vapes, and CBD products once the seal or packaging is broken
- Products with damaged packaging
Defective goods
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. Please report visible transport damage immediately and other defects within 5 days of discovery to info@tabaknova.ch — we will repair, replace, or refund.
